Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking an ambitious operations/data intern to help accelerate our end-to-end data-enabled software for defense hardware. You will embed with engineers, map workflows, and build lightweight apps that improve field operations.

This 12-week, in-person internship requires returning to school afterward, is US-based, and offers exposure to data systems like dbt, Redshift, and Looker while learning from a fast-growing hardware-software team.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in CS, Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• Returning to school after internship for at least one term.
• U.S. person eligible for access to export-controlled information.
• Able to complete a 12-week in-person internship in Costa Mesa, CA or Ashville, OH in Summer 2027.

Responsibilities

• Embed with engineers to understand workflows and bottlenecks.
• Identify and leverage data systems for data-driven solutions.
• Develop operational apps and support outcomes with users.
• Build systems to mature and scale applications in the field.
• Collaborate with Analytics to extend ontologies and data workflows across the company.
