Job summary

CORE Transformers is seeking a Business Solutions Engineer to own high-priority initiatives across the business. You will define requirements, build data reports, automate workflows, and coordinate with external vendors to deliver outcomes.

You’ll support ERP coordination (NetSuite) and develop dashboards that translate data into decisions for leadership. This generalist role rewards curious, proactive problem-solvers who thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, project management, business analysis, or a closely related generalist role.
• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, supply chain, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience owning projects end to end with loosely defined scope and delivering results.
• Ability to prioritize competing initiatives by business impact under pressure.
• Fluency with ERP/CRM/BI tools and willingness to learn new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional operational projects from kickoff through delivery, managing scope, timelines, and execution.
• Identify friction and inefficiency proactively and present structured recommendations to leadership.
• Document and improve core business workflows to support system implementations and training.
• Serve as the internal bridge between business stakeholders and external vendors, defining requirements.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards that turn data into actionable decisions.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive implementation from scoping to rollout.
• Evaluate and compare new tools, building business cases with cost analyses and integration considerations.
• Design KPI and SMART goals, ensuring appropriate metrics across functions.
