Job summary

Idaho Youth Ranch is seeking a Material Recording Clerk in Idaho to deliver data-driven insights for our Social Enterprise team. You will build reports, ensure data reliability and work with customers, donors and the community to advance our mission.

You will create standardized and ad hoc reports, analyze data, and collaborate with IS on system updates and hardware upgrades, supporting operational efficiency and informed decisions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years successful experience in related field with increasing and demonstrated analytical skills.
• In-depth knowledge of retail and distribution operations and automated database systems.
• Strong analytical problem solving and problem skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a strong working knowledge of retail and distribution operating systems to support operational efficiency and data reliability.
• Partners with the Information Systems team to coordinate system updates, enhancements, and hardware upgrades.
• Create, conduct and deliver standardized and ad hoc reports to support business needs.
• Analyze and provide recommendations for business based on data findings.
