Chevo is seeking an experienced Management Analyst to join the SEVP Fee Management Support team at the client site in Vienna, VA. This hybrid role emphasizes metrics tracking, data transformation, and creating compelling visuals to present insights to the client.

Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Python or R, and experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Tableau, and Power BI to drive data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required for federal engagement.
• Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional work experience.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for professional presentations.
• Strong writing ability with concise, audience-tailored content.
• Experience creating visuals in Tableau and Power BI.
• Willingness to learn Python or R scripting and PowerApps.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and fee studies, including ABC modeling.
• Track revenues versus forecast and expenditures against spend plans.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics for program efficiency.
• Support risk management, including fraud risk mitigation.
• Prepare reports and presentations in PowerPoint; design dashboards in Tableau and Power BI.
• Contribute to process improvements using PowerApps and Python/R scripting.
• Collaborate with SEVP stakeholders to analyze and communicate data findings.
• Document and communicate findings clearly to varied audiences.
