Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or after-sales service environment preferred.
• Moderate proficiency in Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, Kaizen, and 5S/6S; Green Belt certification preferred.
• Knowledge of regulated manufacturing/service processes and quality systems.
• Moderate proficiency in Power BI for dashboards and data visualization.
• Familiarity with CAD software; experience or training in SAP/Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Develop, track, and report KPIs/metrics; analyze trends and support data‑driven decisions.
• Lead Lean initiatives including Kaizen events, 5S/6S, visual management, and value stream mapping.
• Maintain and improve manufacturing and service processes; support engineering changes and updates.
• Support ECOs, deviations, and validation activities including basic test methods development.
• Provide hands‑on troubleshooting and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues.
• Apply structured problem‑solving methodologies (DMAIC, 5 Whys, root cause analysis).
• Drive continuous improvement to safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
