Job summary

Panduit is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst in the United States to transform data into actionable insights and help drive smarter supply chain decisions. You will partner closely with global teams, suppliers, and product management to plan, forecast, and optimize end-to-end inventory flow.

You will analyze discrepancies, develop dashboards in Power BI, and support continuous improvement initiatives. A Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management and 2–5 years of experience, with advanced Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience.
• APICS certification a plus.
• 2-5 years of relevant supply chain experience.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Strong cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory discrepancies and drive root cause resolutions across systems.
• Manage and analyze incoming materials and inventory flow to secondary locations.
• Develop dashboards and reports to enable data-driven decisions.
• Support global supply chain projects as project owner and SME.
• Improve service levels, cost efficiency, and align supply chain functions.
• Identify and implement corrective actions based on data analysis.
