You will align curriculum, oversee PD and observations, mentor teachers, engage families, and collaborate with the Executive Director to advance school-wide goals. This role requires strong data analysis, equitable leadership, and a track record in high-performing charter settings.

• Experience guiding school culture to support college-readiness and equity.
• Strong communication with teachers, families, and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary leadership to achieve outstanding student outcomes and college readiness.
• Develop and communicate strategic systems, culture, and vision; implement school-wide plans.
• Lead Data-Driven Instruction (DDI), PD, and Observation & Feedback (OF) effectively.
• Ensure assessment systems align with state standards and support curriculum development.
