Global Sports Jobs Limited seeks a Senior Finance Analyst in Supply Chain to partner with logistics, operations, and finance. You will manage logistics cost reporting, support forecasting, and provide actionable insights to drive cost control across warehousing and distribution.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Business and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with strong Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/system experience (SAP, Anaplan, Tableau).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in Finance, Supply Chain, Controlling, or related field.
• Strong PowerPoint and Advanced Excel capabilities, with experience in SAP, Anaplan, Tableau or similar enterprise systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Ability to communicate financial concepts effectively to both finance and non-finance audiences, with strong business partnership capabilities
• Strong ability to build collaborative relationships and a collaborative mindset with the ability to build trust and influence across teams, including strong cross-functional relationships
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail in a dynamic, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment
• Curiosity, learning agility, and a continuous improvement mindset, with a balance of financial rigour and operational curiosity to improve forecasting, reporting, and overall performance within the supply chain

Responsabilités

• Support financial management and planning for logistics costs, including managing reporting of logistics costs across warehousing operations, ensuring accurate forecasting, insightful reporting, and strong business partnership across logistics operations
• Support monthly close and forecast activities in collaboration with operations and Supply Chain Finance teammates
• Partner with Supply Chain teams to provide financial guidance, insights, and decision support across logistics and distribution functions
• Assist with in-year and long-range financial planning processes for logistics costs
• Consolidate, analyse, and report financials, providing clear insights and variance drivers
• Support key financial planning and reporting cycles, including AOP, budget, forecast, and quarterly earnings preparation
• Leverage financial systems and transactional data to track performance and improve reporting accuracy
