Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or Texas teaching certification.

• Proven experience teaching diverse learners including emergent bilingual learners.
• Proficiency with data to inform instruction, strong classroom management, and collaboration on planning.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and teach with standard-aligned lesson plans and assess scholar progress.
• Use data from MAP tests, Interim Assessments, and IXL to differentiate instruction.
• Leverage technology and restorative behavior management in the classroom.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and school initiatives.
• Build relationships with scholars and families and support school events.
• This job can only be performed in person; remote work is not available.
