Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Supply Chain/Order Management professional to optimize vehicle allocations across Consumer and Fleet units. You will collaborate with Sales, SI&OP, and Manufacturing to balance capacity and demand, and work with Delivery Partners to allocate vehicles to hubs efficiently.

You will monitor transfer orders, manage accessories logistics from 3PL warehouses, and report KPI to drive continuous improvement in allocation and order management processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics or business management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, SI&OP and Manufacturing to allocate vehicles across Consumer and Fleet units.
• Coordinate with Slate Delivery Partners to allocate vehicles to individual delivery hubs based on capacity and capability.
• Place and monitor Transfer Orders (TOs) from Warehouse to hubs based on accessorization and up-fitment needs.
• Work with Delivery Partners on TOs for service parts to repair issues prior to customer delivery.
• Monitor accessory inventory levels to align with sales forecasts and drive operational planning.
• Develop, track and report KPI related to SI&OP.
• Drive continuous improvement in Order Management, allocation and TO processes, and overall efficiency.
