• Support Prospect Athletics and the broader athletic community.
• Organize team activities, recruitment, and off-season programming.
• Assist with fundraising and promote the program within school and community.
• Utilize film, data analytics to evaluate performance and develop players.
• Ensure compliance with D214, MSL, IHSA policies.
