Qualifications

• Experience analyzing structured data with Python/R/SQL/Excel/Power BI; strong data handling matters over tool choice.
• Solid organic chemistry background to interpret reaction schemes, HPLC data, impurity profiles.
• Commitment to data quality, traceability and reproducibility; document assumptions and gaps.
• Clear written and verbal scientific communication for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Structure, clean and validate reaction, batch, purity and impurity data for a process chemistry project.
• Build an impurity-fate and data-retrieval case study in a structured CMC data environment (e.g., Luminata).
• Design and run a benchmark comparing tasks in the new digital environment vs current workflow.
• Analyze benchmark results and prepare a KPI scorecard highlighting data-driven gains.
• Document data standards and gaps; present recommendations to stakeholders.
