Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED while actively pursuing a degree in business or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Collects, cleans, and organizes data from internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis
• Designs and builds dashboards, reports, and visualizations leveraging analytics and AI-enabled tools as appropriate
• Conducts market and segment analysis, including statistical analysis of trends, correlations, and patterns
• Analyzes internal business data (including CRM and client relationship data) to identify insights related to sales performance, client engagement, and project outcomes
• Develops and maintains key performance indicators (KPIs) and business intelligence metrics to support strategic planning and market evaluation
• Prepares clear, actionable reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for management review
• Collaborates with relevant departments to gather data, validate assumptions, and ensure analyses align with business objectives
• Performs other duties as assigned
