Financial Recovery Technologies LLC is seeking a Business Analyst to translate business and technical requirements into acceptance criteria and support end users through product rollouts.

You will bridge end users and engineers, work with Product Managers on user stories, capture requirements, and assist with release planning. 4+ years in analysis and strong BI/AI tool experience are expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in business and software usability analysis, including experience in an Agile environment.
• BA/BS in business administration, economics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or related field (Masters preferred).
• Strong customer orientation and collaboration across teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience using BI/AI tools for research and requirements gathering.

Responsibilities

• Serve as conduit between project team and extended project team including Product Owners, Client Service, and Operations.
• Engage in data mining with Oracle and PostgreSQL; perform data driven analysis using BI tools.
• Create SQL queries to support development or reporting needs.
• Clarify requirements throughout the software development life cycle with engineering and QA.
• Define acceptance criteria and test scenarios; train end users and support release planning.
• Plan and participate in User Acceptance Testing.
• Provide operational support; investigate production issues with relevant teams.
