• Experience developing and testing reporting solutions and documenting limitations.
• Experience with data lineage, metadata, and data dictionaries.
• Experience designing controls aligned with audit requirements.
• Experience driving process improvement and automation with KPIs.
• Strong written and verbal communication across Finance, Operations, Risk, and Technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly and monthly internal and external financial results with accuracy and timeliness.
• Operate day-to-day reporting processes and data pipelines, resolving data issues and production breaks.
• Strengthen data controls, including reconciliations, lineage verification, and documentation for audits.
• Automate manual workflows using Alteryx, Python, and SAS and validate results.
• Partner with Technology to prioritize and deliver data model and system enhancements.
• Analyze large datasets to address ad hoc stakeholder requests and translate findings into clear reports.
• Advance data modernization with metadata, data dictionaries, and lineage documentation; explore AI use cases.
