Job Requirements

Must work out of the USA due to the nature and compliance needs of the data that person will be working with. Interviews will be conducted via MS-Teams.

Qualifications

1. 10 years of experience working with UniVerse (modifying, creating, and developing).
2. 10 years of experience developing and testing code using PIC basic code.
3. 10 years of experience using UNIX.
4. 3 years of experience using SQL.
5. 3 years of experience converting data from one system to another.
6. Strong ability to work independently or in a group project setting.
7. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including requirements analysis and documentation.
8. Ability to analyze data and information effectively.
9. Experience in providing detailed reports, dashboards, timelines, and project updates to leadership.
10. Prior experience with large-scale projects involving financial applications, business process improvement, and business transformation.
11. Experience with data migration and data analysis from legacy to new systems.
12. Thorough knowledge and understanding of agile methodology.

Preferred Qualifications

1. 10 years of direct CUBS experience working with UniVerse (modifying, creating, and developing).
2. 10 years of direct CUBS experience developing and testing code using PIC basic code.
3. Experience as both administrator and developer for 10 or more years.
4. 5 years of experience upgrading CUBS software packages.
5. Experience with Debt Collection terminology and processes.
