Job summary

Mineral County School District—Hawthorne Junior High School is seeking a data-focused Edgenuity Curriculum and Reporting assistant to manage file maintenance, export/import of student data, and to maintain records for intervention and acceleration programs. Reports to the HJH site Principal.

Two key requirements include experience with Infinite Campus and Edgenuity, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to train teachers to use data reports to drive student achievement across the district.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Infinite Campus and Edgenuity Curriculum Program.
• Strong computer skills with Excel and data entry.
• Ability to train teachers to use data reports for student interventions.

Responsibilities

• Perform computer-driven file maintenance and data export/import for the student information system.
• Develop and maintain records related to intervention and acceleration programs.
• Prepare and present data reports to administrators and teachers.
• Coordinate with district staff to ensure data accuracy throughout the school year.
