Responsible for maintaining research and quality databases, and develop standard and custom reports from these databases, monitoring, analyzing and participating in recommending improvements. The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring metrics of success and developing and keeping current a scorecard for distribution.The incumbent may implement or assist with implementing solution design decisions,improvements and tailor the designated application to meet the requirements of the end users. Help in the development of policies and procedures as appropriate identifies and escape issues as appropriate. Assist in end-user training and troubleshooting. Assume projects as assigned.

The disclosed salary range includes the minimum and maximum rates within which Children's National believes an individual's base pay rate will fall for this position.
