REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with databases, CRM systems, data management, or data coordination
• Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and project-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to explain data and systems to non-technical staff
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

SCHEDULE

This is a fully in-person work schedule that is responsive to programming needs and expectations that may include some evenings and weekends. Remote time is at CEO discretion.

SALARY

$55,000–$60,000 annually, commensurate with experience
