Job summary

Sarah Cannon Research Institute (SCRI), a McKesson subsidiary, seeks a Data Coordinator to support Study Coordinators, ensure SOP/GCP/ICH compliance, and manage trial data processes at SCRI’s Denver-area site.

You will handle source documentation, CRF completion, SAE reporting, and data-tracking tasks while helping maintain study files and participate in special projects to improve data operations.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of scientific, medical, and regulatory terms.
  • Knowledge of GCP and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Excellent English written and oral skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Healthcare experience, Clinical trials support, or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support Study Coordinators to meet industry trial data deadlines.
  • Obtain source documentation for patients enrolled into clinical trial.
  • Assist Study Coordinators with case report form completion and query resolution.
  • Assist in Serious Adverse Event (SAE) reporting and tracking.
  • Create and maintain patient visit tracking spreadsheets for Study Coordinators.
  • Maintain and archive study administrative files.
  • Contribute to special procedural projects to enhance Drug Development Data Operations.
  • Assess adherence to SCRI SOPs, GCP, and ICH regulations during trials.

The Data Coordinator provides support to Study Coordinators on a daily basis; ensures all activities are conducted according to company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and all applicable Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH regulations and guidelines.



  • You will support Study Coordinators to meet industry trial data deadlines

  • You will obtain source documentation for patients enrolled into clinical trial

  • You will assist Study Coordinators with case report form completion and query resolution

  • You will assist in Serious Adverse Event (SAE) reporting and tracking

  • You will create and maintain patient visit tracking spreadsheets for Study Coordinators

  • You will maintain and archive study administrative files

  • You will be assigned special procedural projects to enhance the functioning of Drug Development Data Operations

  • Throughout the conduct of the clinical trial, you will assess adherence to SCRI SOPS, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH regulations and guidelines.

Pay range $23/hr - $27/hr
