Job summary

RDSolutions is hiring a Research Associate to work flexible hours in various grocery store projects. You set your own schedule and earnings through a guaranteed hourly minimum where available.

You’ll receive detailed training and are paid for drive time and mileage while completing assignments. Reliable transportation and a smartphone with the pricing app are required.

This part-time, independent role is ideal for anyone seeking extra income with autonomy and clear performance-based pay.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.

Responsibilities

• Work on flexible, preplanned delivery/driver projects.
• Collect work assignments and complete tasks within client windows.
• Earn via guaranteed hourly minimum where offered and performance-based incentives.
