Job summary

RD Solutions offers a flexible side-hustle opportunity for delivery/driver work with preplanned jobs and training to maximize earnings. You control your hours, earn via productivity-based pay, and may receive a guaranteed minimum in wage-floor areas.

Reliable transportation is required to start earning money with RD Solutions. As a part-time, independent worker, you will receive pay based on completed tasks, with opportunities for learning and development as you take on more projects.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.

Responsibilities

• Work assignments at client stores with flexible hours.
• Participate in the training and achieve efficiency in collecting per store.
• Earn productivity-based pay with a guaranteed minimum where applicable.
• Maintain reliable transportation to collect and complete tasks on schedule.
