Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking delivery/driver associates to work flexible hours with the ability to earn based on time and performance. You will receive training and control how much you earn by working efficiently during assignments at client locations.

Candidates must be 18+, have a valid license and smartphone, and be comfortable lifting up to 40 pounds. This role offers part-time hours and a focus on reliability and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and receive assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 40 pounds, and meet project criteria timelines.

Responsibilities

• Cover flexible hours and complete assignments as directed by clients.
• Drive to grocery store locations, collect items, and report results.
• Earn compensation through hourly pay with potential tips and performance bonuses.
• Complete training provided to maximize efficiency across stores.
• Maintain reliability to start and finish tasks on time.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.
