Job summary

IntelliBee is seeking a Data Collection Admin Staff in Indianapolis, IN to support the Sex and Violent Offender Registration and related duties. The role involves researching court documents, analyzing data, and entering information into designated systems, reporting to the division overseeing offender registration.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), strong data-entry skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion while coordinating with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Broad experience with data collection and data entry.
• Broad knowledge of the Indiana Criminal Code.
• Familiar with the Department of Correction and the Criminal Justice System.
• Experience with court documents and legal jargon.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to read and process data including sensitive information.
• Ability to establish cooperative working relationships with staff.

Responsibilities

• Research and collect court documents.
• Analyze and interpret the documents collected.
• Communicate with local and state law enforcement agencies.
• Enter data into a designated web portal and data systems.
• Perform related duties as assigned by Division Staff.
