Bayer Crop Science invites applications for a Data Collection and Digital Phenotyping Intern at our Chesterfield, Missouri facility. The role focuses on collecting imagery from field trials, using LiDAR and multispectral sensors, and collaborating with Data Science and Field Testing teams to drive digital phenotyping research.
The internship requires advanced degree candidacy (MS/PhD), UAV licensing or the ability to obtain it, and knowledge of remote sensing and ML concepts.

This position is based on a hybrid work model at the Bayer Crop Science facility in Chesterfield, Missouri; regional travel includes nearby field testing sites in Illinois, with potential travel to other Midwest and Midsouth locations.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately between $22.75 to $47.75. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant).
