Job summary

SCI Solutions Global is seeking a Data & Cloud Services Engineer in Plano, TX, to build and support AWS data lake solutions and Snowflake platforms. You will work on Python-based data pipelines, automation of infrastructure, and CI/CD deployments to enable scalable data workflows.

The role requires 6+ years in cloud data engineering, experience with AWS Glue/S3/Lambda/Step Functions, Snowflake, Terraform, and AI-assisted tooling.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cloud data engineering experience.
• Proficient with AWS data services (Glue, S3, Lambda, Step Functions, Lake Formation).
• Experience with Snowflake.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with Terraform / IaC.
• CI/CD pipelines and AWS deployments.
• Familiar with AI-assisted tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, or agentic workflows).

Responsibilities

• Build and support AWS data lake solutions and Snowflake platforms.
• Develop Python-based data pipelines for data movement and analytics.
• Automate infrastructure and CI/CD workflows across environments.

Role: Data & Cloud Services Engineer location: Plano, TX

Work Authorization: US Citizen, Green Card, or GC EADpreferred W2 Requirement- No C2C, 1099, or third-party profiles accepted.

Our Client is seeking Data & Cloud Services Engineer with hands‑on experience building and supporting AWS data lake solutions, Snowflake platforms, and Python-based data pipelines. Candidates should have experience with infrastructure automation, CI/CD, and AI‑assisted engineering tools.

Requirements

• 6+ years of cloud data engineering experience
• AWS Glue, S3, Lambda, Step Functions, and Lake Formation
• Snowflake
• Python
• Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
• CI/CD pipelines and AWS deployments
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or agentic workflows

• Use AI-assisted engineering tools appropriately to improve development productivity.
