Reboot Monkey is seeking a Data Center Technician to support world-class facilities in Bethlehem, on-site. The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining server and network gear, with emphasis on structured cabling and asset management.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in data center operations, strong troubleshooting, and experience with DCIM platforms. On-site work, shift rotations, and on-call duties apply. Certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years data center operations experience.
• Expertise with structured cabling (Cat6/6a, OM3/OM4/OS2 fiber).
• Strong documentation and asset-tracking abilities.
• On-site Bethlehem presence and ability to work in demanding environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.
• Vendor and data center certifications preferred.

Key Responsibilities
