• Manage cross-connect and patch panel tasks.
• Perform hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Conduct visual inspections and inventory audits.
• Coordinate client access during visits.
• Be on-call for emergency responses.

Skills

Hands-on experience with data center infrastructure

Knowledge of server hardware and networking

Strong communication skills in English

Ability to lift 25kg+ equipment

Education
