Job summary

Kelly Digital Infrastructure seeks a Data Center Technician L2 to lead moderately complex rack builds, verify cabling and interfaces, and assist with system bring-up in our North Carolina facilities. You will install and inspect liquid cooling manifolds, perform OS imaging and firmware checks, and guide L1 technicians while maintaining post-install QA audits.

This role requires strong fiber testing with Fluke tools, reading schematics and MOPs, and hands-on hardware troubleshooting with strict

Qualifications

• Proficient in fiber testing and troubleshooting with professional-grade tools.
• Experience with direct-to-chip liquid cooling manifolds and leak inspection.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, elevation diagrams, and design MOPs.
• Hands-on hardware troubleshooting and component swap-outs with safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead rack deployment, equipment installation, and cabling validation.
• Install and inspect direct to chip liquid cooling manifolds and hoses.
• Perform OS imaging, firmware verification, and basic system bring-up.
• Guide L1 technicians and execute post-installation quality assurance audits.
