Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, rack, stack, cable, label, and document server/storage/networking equipment.
• Perform basic hardware replacements (drives, memory, PSUs, NICs).
• Support MACs within the data center environment.
• Install and manage fiber and copper cabling infrastructure.
• Route, dress, label cables and perform basic testing.
• Provide Smart Hands support for customers and teams.
• Support inventory control, asset tracking, and receiving activities.
• Maintain ticket updates and work logs.
• Assist with physical audits and infrastructure inspections.
• Follow safety, security, and quality requirements in live environments.
• Escalate issues to senior technicians when needed.
• Participate in after-hours maintenance windows when required.

The Data Center Technician I will assist with equipment installations, rack-and-stack activities, cabling, hardware replacements, inventory management, and day-to-day operational support in a mission-critical environment.
