Qualifications

• Datacenter experience as technician or similar role.
• Experience with large-scale network and server deployments.
• Understanding of GPU hardware and liquid-cooled rack solutions.
• Ability to work independently on facility projects.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
• Ability to operate in a 24x7, high-availability environment.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain servers and network gear, rack and stack.
• Respond to server, network, and infrastructure issues.
• Coordinate power, cooling, and facility services; escalate outages as needed.
• Diagnose and repair hardware; replace components.
• Work with warranty technicians to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and documentation.
• Collaborate to improve deployment, automation, and monitoring.
• Escalate issues and assist system admins with Linux/network problems.
