Job summary

Ericsson seeks a Data Center Services Technician to support installation, operation, and maintenance of data center infrastructure in hyperscale and enterprise environments. You will perform rack-and-stack, cabling, provisioning, testing, and ongoing support with safety and compliance to Ericsson standards.

The role targets technicians with 1+ year experience in data center operations or IT infrastructure, able to read drawings and MOPs, and collaborate with project teams, vendors, and customers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of data center operations, structured cabling, telecommunications, field services, or IT infrastructure support.
• Working knowledge of data center hardware, racks, servers, networking equipment, power distribution, and cabling.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, installation documentation, and MOPs.
• Experience performing rack-and-stack, cabling, testing, and installation activities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute rack-and-stack activities, structured cabling installations, and equipment provisioning.
• Perform testing and operational support to ensure safety and quality.
• Work independently on standard deployment and operational tasks per Ericsson standards.
