Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Technician to perform server rack installations, hardware repair, and network troubleshooting to support AWS services availability.
You will collaborate with engineers, vendors, and contractors to maintain data center operations across multiple sites. The role requires on-call rotations, travel between data center locations, and willingness to work shifts including nights and weekends.

The Data Center Technician position involves in-depth hardware and network diagnostics followed by physical repair, and participation in an on‑call rotation. AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We support all AWS data centers and all the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on.
You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. Collaborate across AWS to deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
