Job summary

Optical Cable Corporation is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist focused on data centers. The candidate will support sales activities and provide advanced technical expertise to address complex customer requirements, delivering optimal OCC solutions.

Responsibilities include developing technical support plans, analyzing engineering documents, and collaborating with sales teams to maximize product adoption. Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in a technical sales or support role.
• RCDD certification desirable.
• Knowledge of cable connectivity and data center infrastructure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support sales activities within data center environments.
• Provide technical training and certification support.
• Develop strategic technical support plans for sales territories.
• Analyze engineering drawings and develop bills of materials.
• Partner with sales team to identify business opportunities.
