Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Supply Chain professional to drive end-to-end order processing for data center hardware in the United States. You will ensure on-time deliveries and optimize inventory while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve forecasting and KPI visibility.

You will contribute to process automation, supplier management, and performance dashboards to scale operations and reduce risks, supporting Oracle's commitments to efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain/order processing.
  • Applicants read, write and speak English as required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist and support senior colleagues in new assignments and supplier communications.
  • Participate in evaluating suppliers for Oracle's supply chain strategy.
  • Assess proposals/quotes against Oracle standards and recommend qualified suppliers.
  • May participate in negotiation and execution of supplier contracts while maintaining competitiveness.
  • Support end-to-end order execution from purchase to delivery, ensuring on-time delivery of data center hardware.
  • Identify and address supply chain and operational risks to maintain smooth operations.
  • Manage hardware-related issues across suppliers, logistics, quality, regulatory, and site readiness functions.
  • Partner with Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Delivery teams to establish efficient operating mechanisms.
  • Automate and streamline supply chain processes to enhance forecasting, allocation, and visibility.
  • Develop and maintain executive dashboards and KPIs, tracking cycle time, redeployment, reuse, and cost-to-serve metrics.
  • Monitor supplier performance, ensuring adherence to Oracle's standards.
