Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of experience in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, or quality field.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, electronics engineering, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience with AS9100, ISO 9001, or similar quality management standards.
• Experience with supplier portals, FAI, PPAP, CAPA, and SDR.

Responsibilities

• Execute supply chain non-conformance management processes (SDR, MRB, RTV, FAI, PPAP, CAPA).
• Analyze supplier quality data and drive improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Build relationships to reduce vendor defects affecting data center hardware reliability and operations.
• Support assessment of supplier manufacturing processes and quality systems.
• Develop policies and documentation to ensure continuous improvement.
• Support reliability-focused activities, design FMEA insights, and validation feedback.
