Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. is seeking a Structural Engineer to join our Data Center Mission Critical Group. You will perform seismic and structural analysis, develop precise designs, and lead multidisciplinary projects to meet client needs.

This role offers travel 15-25% and opportunities for leadership, with locations including Emeryville, CA, and other ENERCON offices; remote options may apply. Ideal candidates have a Civil Engineering degree (ABET) and 3 years of design experience; PE/SE is

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited university.
Typically requires 3 years of experience in a design engineering role, preferably in design of structures in commercial and critical infrastructure environments.
Demonstrated proficiency in preparation of structural calculations is desired.
PE or SE desired or plan to obtain within the next 2 years.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel.
Minimum basic level of proficiency in CAD software.
ETABS software experience strongly preferred.
Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams.
Ability to be a lead responsible engineer for a project involving multi-discipline work.
Must be able to climb ladders and/or stairs at client sites.
Ability to travel between 15-25% of the time; duration of travel may vary depending on project and client needs.
