ITCO Solutions, Inc. seeks an experienced Data Center Site Operations Lead to drive readiness, governance, and production handoffs across a large-scale data center infrastructure.

You will lead cross-functional coordination with engineering, facilities, infrastructure, SRE and operations, develop KPIs, maintain DCIM and asset reporting, and ensure go-live readiness, capacity controls, and compliant operations for reliable growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise data centers, cloud infra, or hyperscale environments.
• Strong knowledge of power, cooling, capacity planning, and readiness.
• Experience with governance, production handoffs, and acceptance processes.
• Hands-on with DCIM platforms and asset management.
• Proven ability to develop KPI reporting and governance programs.
• Experience collaborating across engineering, facilities, infrastructure, SRE and operations.

Responsabilités

We’re seeking an experienced Data Center Site Operations Lead to support a rapidly growing, large-scale data center infrastructure organization.

This role will lead operational readiness, infrastructure governance, production handoffs, capacity management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure data center environments are ready for production, compliant, and operating efficiently.

The ideal candidate brings strong data center operations experience, a systems-thinking mindset, and the ability to drive results across engineering, facilities, infrastructure, reliability, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operational visibility across data center power, cooling, capacity, rack utilization, monitoring, and space management.
• Develop and track KPIs measuring infrastructure health, readiness, utilization, and operational performance.
• Lead operational acceptance and production handoffs for newly deployed data center environments.
• Ensure monitoring, documentation, operational procedures, ownership, and capacity controls are established before go-live.
• Coordinate across engineering, facilities, infrastructure, SRE, reliability, and operations teams to resolve issues and remove blockers.
• Maintain accurate DCIM, asset management, and infrastructure reporting systems.
• Develop and improve SOPs, governance standards, compliance controls, and operational reporting.
• Identify operational risks, drive corrective actions, and implement scalable processes that improve reliability and support infrastructure growth.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise data centers, cloud infrastructure, hyperscale environments, or high-density compute operations.
• Strong understanding of data center power and cooling, capacity planning, infrastructure monitoring, rack utilization, and operational readiness.
• Experience with data center operational governance, production handoffs, and infrastructure acceptance processes.
• Hands-on experience with DCIM platforms, asset management tools, and infrastructure data management.
• Proven ability to develop operational KPIs, reporting frameworks, and governance programs.
• Experience collaborating across engineering, facilities, infrastructure, SRE, and operations teams.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical risks and recommendations to engineering teams and senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting hyperscale, cloud, AI, or large-scale compute infrastructure.
• Background building operational frameworks and governance programs for rapidly scaling data center environments.
• Familiarity with data center compliance, audit readiness, and industry standards.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.
