Job summary

Olsson invites a Summer 2027 civil engineering student intern to join the Data Centers Site Design team in Fort Worth. You will help create construction plans for sites, including layout, grading, stormwater, and utilities, using AutoCAD and Civil 3D, with opportunities to research and prepare technical reports.

Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in civil engineering
Working knowledge of AutoCAD (Civil 3D is a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong communication skills
Ability to contribute and work well on a team
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

Assist with creating construction plans for sites including site layout, grading, stormwater, and utilities in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
May travel to job sites and perform research, write technical reports.

Education

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
