Qualifications

• 10+ years of PM experience in high-availability, mission-critical facilities.
• Proven track record leading recovery strategies and schedule realignment on major capital builds.
• Advanced hands-on experience configuring enterprise PMIS software, dashboards, and financial links.
• Strong written and verbal communication for owner updates and high-stakes briefings.
• Deep knowledge of MOP authoring, phased utility tie-ins, and risk protocols in active infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Drive contractor accountability, performance, and schedule recovery across large projects.
• Oversee active facility infrastructure upgrades with zero disruption to live operations.
• Deliver high-level status updates, dashboards, and risk briefings to C-suite leadership.
• Manage municipal coordination, plan approvals, and inspection workflows to keep critical path timelines.
• Serve as lead administrator for PMIS platform (Procore) tracking budgets, changes, and logs.
• Enforce contract compliance, quality control, and multi-stage equipment testing protocols.
