Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Data Center Security Specialist to join its Infrastructure Operations team in Chicago to help manage and improve site security operations across AWS data centers.

You will oversee security operations, work with security vendors and contractors, and apply physical security best practices to protect people, data, and equipment while supporting AWS’s scalable cloud platform.

AWS is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a Data Center Security Specialist to join our expanding Infrastructure Operations team, who will help manage and improve site security operations in our data centers.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
