Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Data Center Security Manager to lead a team within AIS. You will oversee contract security staff, manage data center security operations, and coordinate with security vendors to ensure continuous protection of critical facilities.

You will monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems, drive KPI-based improvements, and develop incident response plans in collaboration with law enforcement and emergency services.

Basic Qualifications
  • - 2+ years of overseeing security operations and working with security vendors/contractors experience
  • - Experience with access control and CCTV systems
  • - 1+ years of relevant work in a data center or other critical environment, or 1+ years of relevant discipline work experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • - Bachelor's degree or above in Security, Law Enforcement, or military discipline
  • - 2+ years of security-related professional, or 1+ years of security-related professional experience
  • - 1+ year Leadership experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
