Job summary

Salute, a leading provider of Data Center Infrastructure Services, seeks a Security Officer to conduct unarmed patrols, monitor CCTV and alarm systems, control access, and deter misconduct across site locations. This role requires shifts and post versatility across multiple posts at client sites.

Responsibilities include access control, log maintenance, incident reporting, and collaboration with DPR personnel to ensure safety and security, with a focus on hyperscale client relationships and

• Able to pass a background check and 10-panel drug screen (zero tolerance).

Responsibilities

• Patrol exterior grounds of the facility.
• Provide access control for gates ensuring only authorized personnel are admitted.
• Manage traffic flow at gates to ensure no disruption in business operations.
• Maintain access log.
• Monitor cameras after normal working hours.
• Notify DPR personnel of any issues.
• Observe and report suspicious activity.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings to promote security and safety.
• Observe departing personnel to protect against theft and ensure authorized removal of property.
• Contribute to communication of security policies and issues; warn violators of infractions.
• Permit authorized entry and monitor entrances/exits; control traffic.
