Job summary

Salute is seeking a Data Center Security Officer to join our team and safeguard critical facilities for hyperscale clients. You will conduct unarmed patrols, control access, monitor cameras and alarms, and produce clear reports in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

You should deliver professional customer service, uphold client requirements, and be able to work across shifts with reliability and composure in crisis situations.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid DPS Guard Card/license as required by state.
• Background check successful as a condition of employment.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate basic computer systems at client sites.
• Demonstrated dependability and professional client service.

Responsibilities

• Patrol exterior grounds and monitor premises per post orders.
• Control access/egress and observe for security concerns.
• Observe and report suspicious activity and incidents.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings to ensure safety.
• Prepare clear incident reports and communicate with clients.
• Enforce client/facility rules with professionalism.
