Qualifications

• 3+ years in security officer/manager/architect role across personnel, commercial, and technical domains.
• 3+ years with ICDs, NISPOM and US government security guidelines for controlled applications.
• 3+ years hands-on with physical security hardware, intrusion detection systems, and access control systems.
• Experience with workflow ticketing and metrics extraction.
• U.S. citizen with active TS/SCI clearance and polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall security program management for personnel, physical, operational, technical, business, counter‑intelligence, and media concerns.
• Create, enforce, communicate, and manage applicable security requirements across a large, government‑authorized, multi‑facility data center.
• Draft and maintain security documentation, including transportation plans, procedures, and CONOPs.
• Identify program and technical security requirements, identify issues, and recommend solutions to maintain and enhance security posture.
• Operate and maintain security hardware and systems on site in accordance with government and AWS requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal staff, contractors, vendors, and government agencies to increase security awareness and engagement.
• Manage onsite security personnel.
• Oversee the classified physical security program to ensure plans are developed and operated in compliance with internal and customer security rules.
• Track workflow ticketing and extract performance metrics.
• Perform on‑call rotations to respond to alarms, security incidents, and critical operational outages.
