The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and over 3 years of experience in risk and project management within data centers. A competitive base salary between $115,000 and $150,000 is offered, along with equity incentives and an annual bonus.

The Risk Associate will play a key role in coordinating across data center disciplines to identify, assess, report, and mitigate risks across the full lifecycle of data center assets. This role requires a holistic understanding of the range of risks that may arise across disciplines of a large data center business including procurement, construction, operations, finance and the ability to partner cross‑functionally to ensure resilient, compliant, and efficient project delivery and operations.
$115,000 - $150,000 USD
The base salary ranges included below will be commensurate with candidate experience, expertise and local market. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise. At Galaxy, we maintain a total compensation philosophy which consists of a competitive base salary, annual bonus, and equity incentives.
