ENFRA LLC is seeking a Quality Control Coordinator to ensure product quality, reduce defects, and drive continuous improvements across projects. The role emphasizes tight documentation, defect tracking, and clear communication with project teams to meet or exceed client expectations.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in fabrication QA, knowledge of construction and regulatory codes, and experience with nondestructive testing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in fabrication shop quality control.
• Working knowledge of construction codes for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
• Working knowledge of regulatory agency requirements as it pertains to quality control.
• Working knowledge of nondestructive testing techniques.
• Ability to read and understand construction documents (contracts/subcontracts, purchase documents, plans, and specifications).
• Ability to act as a specialist in quality control, keeping up with changes in the industry, and updating staff as well as corporate for any necessary procedural updates.
• Proven ability to supervise, communicate and lead personnel.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.

These efforts are crucial for ensuring that the product that is being installed meets or exceeds expectations.

Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications

• Working knowledge of all tools and equipment.

Travel Requirements

• 0-5% of the time will be spent traveling to the job site(s)/office locations.

Pay Range
