Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Civil/Structural/Architectural Quality Lead for around Spartanburg, SC, focusing on data center construction. You will lead QA/QC efforts, ensure ITP compliance, and drive non-conformity resolutions while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in the Industrial Construction Field with QA/QC experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand engineering specifications, documents, and drawings.
• Proficiency with Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills; forward thinking and team oriented.
• Experience with multi-disciplinary teams and site-based construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Communicate field quality issues to stakeholders and drive timely resolutions.
• Ensure contractor quality plans and ITPs meet site requirements and are implemented.
• Lead contractor quality audits on-site and at fabrication facilities.
• Oversee ITPs and Test Packs understanding and completion by contractors.
• Assist in developing Construction Turn Over Package requirements.
• Provide on-site inspection of materials and adherence to specs.
• Capture non-conformities in NCRs and track corrective actions.
