Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction QAQC experience in Telecommunications, Utility Construction, or Technology Infrastructure.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of data center installations, equipment, and materials to verify compliance with specifications.
• Identify defects and report findings to project managers or quality leads.
• Document inspection results, maintain logs, and provide detailed reports for management and client review.
• Collaborate with project teams to implement corrective actions and verify effectiveness.
• Support QA programs by providing feedback on processes, procedures, and improvements.
• Perform pre-commissioning and final acceptance inspections to ensure operational readiness.
• Monitor adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance during inspections.
• Work with vendors and subcontractors to address quality concerns and reinforce standards.
• Uphold ADB’s safety culture and ZERO safety philosophy across the organization.
