Job summary

Quality Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Development Project Manager – Q-Systems in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will lead multi-campus projects, oversee budgets and schedules, and ensure compliance with design standards and documents.

You will collaborate with design consultants, contractors, and internal operations to deliver secure, reliable technology systems on time. Travel up to 50% is expected during project phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Eight or more years of professional experience in building controls, security, and/or low voltage design and construction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects on multiple campuses, overseeing budgets, schedules, and status reports.
• Review designs for compliance with standards and documents.
• Oversee commissioning to ensure systems meet design and standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve PM processes.
• Liaise with stakeholders and lead meetings with executives.
